Patient Gateway

Newton Wellesley Primary Care is pleased to introduce Patient Gateway, a fast, free, efficient, and secure way to communicate with our office by email. Gateway allows you to conveniently submit routine communications such as appointment requests, referrals, and prescription refill requests. You can also access portions of your medical record including lab results, medication and allergy lists, and future appointments. It gives you (our patient) a more active role in your healthcare. Note: The Patient Gateway is not for emergency nor urgent situations.

At Newton Wellesley Primary Care, we know that you have choices about where to receive medical care and we thank you for selecting our Massachusetts health care center. We hope that our relationship with you is defined by your experience with us—how well we listen to you, how clearly we answer your questions, and mostly, how we care for you.

We are dedicated to meeting your expectations for quality and service, and believe that can happen only if you know how to access your physician and care team. That is why we have developed this website. It is important to us that you know our Board-Certified physicians are here when you need us. We also want to share information about who we are, where we trained, and our experience and special interests, so that you get to know your primary care physician.

Patient & Payment Information
Newton Wellesley Primary Care participates in most major insurance plans for health care. Routine physicals are not covered by all insurance plans, such as Medicare and some Blue Cross® plans. Please check with your insurance prior to your visit to see if this is a covered benefit through your plan. Charges not covered by insurance and to be paid by our patients include but are not limited to: co-payments, deductibles, copies of charts requested by you or insurance agents, and forms filled out by doctor or physician’s assistants.
